Delivery Coverage
We deliver to addresses throughout the United Kingdom, including:

Delivery to certain remote or offshore locations may be subject to carrier service availability.
Any delivery limitations applicable to a particular order will be communicated to the customer where relevant.
2. Order Cut-Off & Processing Time
Daily Order Cut-Off
Our standard order cut-off time is 2:00 PM UK time, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or UK public holidays will normally begin processing on the next working day.
Handling & Packaging
Orders normally require 1–2 business days for processing and preparation before dispatch.
During this period, products are checked and securely packaged before being handed to the delivery carrier.
Courier Transit
After dispatch, standard tracked delivery normally takes 3–4 business days, Monday to Friday.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
The normal estimated delivery timeframe is 4–6 business days, depending on when the order is placed and subject to carrier operations.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by courier delays, severe weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
3. Weekends & UK Public Holidays
Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays are not normally counted as business days for order processing.
Orders placed during non-business periods will normally be processed on the next working business day.
Courier delivery schedules may also vary during weekends, public holidays and peak periods.
4. Parcel Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched from our Coventry facility, we will send a dispatch confirmation email containing the available parcel tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided by the delivery carrier and may take some time to appear after the parcel has been handed over for delivery.
Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their parcel.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may result in delivery delays or the parcel being returned to us.
If you realise that your delivery address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
6. Delivery Delays
We aim to meet the estimated delivery times stated above, but delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances such as:
-
Courier network disruption

Severe weather
-
Public holidays
-
Unexpected transport delays
-
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
-
Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
If your parcel appears to be significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team and we will assist you with checking the delivery status.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at Foleshill Warehouse. If a product is unsuitable, you may be able to return it under our 30-day voluntary return policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
1. 30-Day Voluntary Return Window
For eligible products, we offer a 30-calendar-day voluntary return period starting from the date your order is delivered.
To request a return, please contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and follow the return instructions provided by our customer service team.
This 30-day return period is in addition to, and does not replace or limit, any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection law.
2. Return Conditions
For a voluntary return under our 30-day return policy, products should be returned:
-
Clean and in resalable condition
-
Unused for normal cooking or food preparation
-
With the original packaging where reasonably possible
-
With all included screws, washers, fittings and other component parts
-
In a condition that allows us to verify the product and its condition
Customers may reasonably handle and inspect products to determine their nature, characteristics and functionality.
For replacement or compatibility-specific products, please check the dimensions, thread specifications and other product information carefully before ordering.
Hygiene and Used Products
For hygiene and product-condition reasons, products that have been used in cooking, exposed to food or cooking oils, or placed in a dishwasher may not qualify for our voluntary 30-day return policy where their condition prevents resale.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have where a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise does not conform to the requirements of applicable UK consumer law.
3. Your Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable, UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Where a statutory right applies, it will take priority over any conflicting provision of this voluntary returns policy.
4. How to Use Your Prepaid Return Label
To make returns straightforward, a pre-printed, prepaid return shipping label is included inside every delivery parcel.
There are no return postage charges and no restocking fees for eligible returns made under our 30-day return policy.
Step 1 — Repack the Product
Place the eligible product and all included mounting hardware or component parts back into the original retail packaging or protective packaging where reasonably possible.
Step 2 — Attach the Return Label
Securely seal the return parcel and attach the prepaid return shipping label clearly to the outside of the package.
Please make sure the new return label is clearly visible and that any original delivery barcode or address information is covered where necessary.
Step 3 — Hand the Parcel to the Carrier
Take the parcel to the post office or designated courier drop-off location specified by the return label.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage until your return and refund have been completed.
Return postage: £0.00 for eligible returns
Restocking fee: £0.00
Return method: Mail return using the prepaid label supplied in your parcel
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please provide:
-
Your order number
-
A description of the problem
-
Clear photographs where appropriate
-
Details of the product received
We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Where a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise does not conform to your statutory rights, we will provide the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund where legally applicable.
You will not be required to pay return postage for goods that are returned because they are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise covered by an applicable statutory remedy.
6. Return Inspection
Returned products may be inspected after they arrive at our premises to confirm their condition and the reason for return.
We aim to complete the inspection within 3 business days of receiving the returned parcel.
Inspection of a returned product does not remove or restrict any statutory rights that apply to the purchase.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method used for the order.
As our checkout currently accepts Visa and Mastercard debit and credit cards, refunds for card purchases will normally be processed back to the applicable Visa or Mastercard used for payment.
Refunds are processed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP / £).
We aim to process approved refunds within 3 business days after the applicable return has been received and assessed.
After we process a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or card issuer.
