How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Standard delivery is free across the United Kingdom on eligible orders. There is no minimum order value for standard delivery.

Any applicable delivery charges or delivery options will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM UK time are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Once dispatched, standard courier delivery normally takes a further 3–4 business days.

The estimated total delivery time is therefore 4–6 business days, Monday to Friday, subject to courier operations and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

What if a replacement fitting does not fit my cookware?

If a product is not suitable for your cookware, you may be able to return it under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Our standard return period is 30 days, subject to the conditions set out in that policy.

For compatibility-specific products, please carefully check the dimensions, thread size and other specifications provided on the relevant product page before ordering.

Do you charge restocking or return postage fees?

We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Where our Refund & Returns Policy provides for free return postage, we will provide the applicable return instructions and return method.

When will my refund be processed?

Once an eligible returned item has been received and the return has been assessed, we aim to process the refund within 3 working days.

Refunds are normally made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your card issuer or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this process.
